The Great Northern Bikepacking Route

This is a route in development that travels from the west coast of Canada to the east coast of Canada. When completed it will be one of the longest published and navigable bikepacking routes.

The following link is where you'll find the individual segments of the route from British Columbia to Newfoundland. (An example of route segment is provided below.) A portion of the route takes place in the U.S. as to avoid a necessary lengthy ride on the Trans Canada Hwy in Ontario.
